Joint Stock company Mir Business Bank provides services for collecting biometric data of citizens of the Russian Federation for their registration in the Unified Biometric System. The service is free.

The Unified Biometric System (UBS) is a digital platform for remote biometric identification that allows individuals to receive financial services without personally contacting a bank. A client who has once handed over his biometric data will be able to use the services of a convenient bank at any time and from anywhere in the world, regardless of the work schedule of the offices.  The procedure is enough to be passed through only once.

Registration in the Unified Biometric System is voluntary. To pass it, an individual must register on the State Services portal.

The procedure for fixing biometric data takes about 10 minutes. The Client will be asked to say a short text in front of the camera, the Bank employee will take a photo of the Client. Further, a photo and a voice sample will be uploaded to the system, which will be used for biometric identification. Subsequently, to receive remote services, the user will only need the Internet access, as well as a smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam.

The collection and processing of biometric personal data of individuals is carried out in Operational structural units at the addresses of the offices of JSC MB Bank:

• 47 Bolshaya Krasnaya St., Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, 420015
• 6a Lenin square, Astrakhan, Astrakhan region, 414000.

The list of necessary information (documents) for the performance of actions stipulated by Clause 5.6 of Article 7 of Federal Law No. 07.08.2001 of 115-FZ: 

• an identity document;
• data of a document confirming the right of a foreign citizen or stateless person to stay (reside) in the Russian Federation (if the availability of such a document is mandatory in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Russian Federation);
• certificate of registration with the tax authority (if any);
• insurance number of the individual personal account of the insured person in the compulsory pension insurance system (SNILS);
• address of residence (registration) or place of stay;
• contact information (for example, phone, fax, email, mailing address).

The biometric data collection and registration service is provided only with the written consent of the Client, the corresponding form is signed by the Client in the Bank's office.
