Payment for services to legal entities and transferring funds to individuals

You can pay for the services of legal entities and transfer funds to individuals throughout the Russian Federation and abroad without opening a bank account. You also have a unique opportunity to transfer funds to Iran.

To do this, you only need to present an identification document (for citizens of the Russian Federation) and the recipient’s details. Foreign citizens and stateless persons, in addition to an identification document, in cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, also present a document confirming the right of a foreign citizen or stateless person to stay (reside) in the Russian Federation.
