JSC "MB Bank" opens and services business accounts in RUR, EUR, USD & AED both for resident and non-resident corporate clients.
There is no limit as to the number of accounts you may open. The account opening process takes no more than five banking days from the date of submitting a complete set of documents. To open the second or any subsequent accounts, simply fill out an application.

A few recommendations on how to open a settlement account with our Bank
Your company's representative can use a notarized Power of attorney to submit documents required for opening an account. Besides, it is necessary to bring to the Bank notarized copies of passports which belong to persons listed in stamp and signature card.

Please refer to section 21 of the Questionnaire for instructions on disclosing the sources of funds for both crediting and withdrawing from the account.

Consent form for processing personal data
  1. An individual submits to JSC "MB Bank" (hereinafter - the Bank), located at: building 1, 36, Prechistenka street, Khamovniki district, Moscow, 119034, Russia, a letter of his consent for processing his personal data enabling this way the Bank to take any measures (procedures) or a complex of measures (procedures) by means of automated technologies or without them to process personal data such as gathering, registration, systematization, accumulation, collection, storing, updating, changing, exerting, implementation, handover (distribution, submission, access delivery), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, elimination of personal data (common definitions of the measures listed are given in the text of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "About personal data" of 27.07.2006 (hereafter - the Law) as well as entitles the Bank to hand over information of this kind to third parties if it is necessary to fulfil the Bank's liabilities under the Agreement, local rules of the Bank and (or) in accordance with applicable law including but not limited to for the purpose of preliminary analysis of the company represented if it is planned to open a bank account in the future.
  2. The Bank is obliged to use the data received from an Individual for purposes specified in cl. 1 of the present Consent in accordance with applicable law. The Bank has the right to disclose personal data in cases provided for by the Law including upon a request coming from law-enforcement and other authorities.
  3. The list of personal data submitted to the Bank by an Individual is as follows: family name, personal name, phone number, e-mail address.;
  4. An individual upon a written request or in person has the right to receive information concerning procedures of data processing (in accordance with Art. 14 of the Law).
  5. The Bank can process personal data by using automated technologies or without them.
  6. Basing on the Agreement or whether there be legal grounds, the Bank has the right to delegate personal data processing function to third parties. The obligatory condition of doing so is confidentiality and safety of the data to be provided by that third party when performing the function.
  7. The present Consent is valid within the period of service rendered by the Bank plus 5 (five) years after agreement termination. Upon the expiry it is prolonged for each successive 5-year period until it is acknowledged that the Consent is revoked.
  8. The Consent can be revoked by an individual at any moment by submitting an appropriate written application to the Bank.
