This includes helping to fill out the Bank’s currency control forms (unique contract numbers, statements of supporting documents, and information on foreign transactions, based on the documents submitted by clients). We also offer prompt contract registration and/or amendments to Section 1 of the Bank Control List, as well as consultations on the following issues:

• Compliance with standards, restrictions, and requirements of applicable laws when participating in foreign trade and carrying out foreign transactions;
• amendments to applicable law;
• Conformity of documents submitted by clients in connection with foreign transactions according to the applicable currency laws and regulations.
