Dear visitor of JSC “MB Bank” website!

Through the “Feedback” page you can get in touch with JSC “MB Bank” (hereafter – the Bank) to ask a question, make a comment or recommend something in respect of the Bank’s products and services.

Your message shall contain the following:
  • name of the Bank, or job title of the head of the Bank/structural unit;
  • full name including patronymic (if applicable) – for an individual, individual entrepreneur, individual setting up a private practice under the Russian Federation legislation;
  • corporate name – for a legal entity/TIN/PSRN, foreign structure not registered as a legal entity;
  • postal address and (or) e-mail address to which the response shall be sent;
  • documents or their copies may be attached to the message.
INFORMATION FOR NOTARY PUBLIC:
in accordance with the Bank of Russia letter No. IN-03-31/37 dated 03.06.2021 JSC “MB Bank” has determined
info@mbbru.ru as the e-mail address for prompt verification of powers of attorney provided to JSC “MB Bank” in simple written form for the purpose of sending notifications on pledge of property not related to estate property.
You may also apply:
• in writing (personally, by your representative, through the Russian Post or courier service). The Bank    accepts written messages on business days in accordance with the working hours of the unit to            which the message is submitted;
• Via the official e-mail specified on the Bank’s website;
• Through the remote banking service channel.

The Bank does not consider and respond to messages which:
 1.  lack the sender’s address;
 2.  go without the surname (corporate name) of the Sender;
 3.  contain obscene or insulting expressions, threats to the Bank’s property, threats to life, health and        property of the Bank’s employees as well as members of their families;
 4.  cannot be read;
 5.  cannot be understood.

If in cases stipulated by clauses 2 - 5, the Bank decides to leave the message unanswered on the merits, the sender shall be notified of this decision within 5 (five) working days from the date of registration as well as the reasons for impossibility to consider the message on the merits.

The response is forwarded in the form of an electronic document to the e-mail address specified in the message and (or) in hard copy (by a registered mail) to the postal address.

The message shall be considered (and responded in writing) within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of its registration, unless other terms are stipulated by the Legislation of the Russian Federation.

JSC MB Bank only accepts requests from postal addresses in the national domain of Russia ".ru" or domains of countries that are not subject to restrictions.

Consent form for processing personal data
In accordance with Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - Federal Law No. 152-FZ), I freely, by my will and in my interest, give my consent to MB Bank JSC (hereinafter - the Bank), the address of the location: building 1, 36, Prechistenka street, Khamovniki district, Moscow, 119034, Russian Federation to processing of my personal data provided by me to the Bank in the section "Feedback" on the Bank's website in the form of an application (hereinafter - Appeal), as well as other personal data required by the Bank to process my Appeal, using or without automation means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (providing, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data for the purpose of: processing of my Appeal, including: verification of the circumstances set out in the Appeal, investigation of the transactions disputed by me, actions/omissions of the Bank’s employees, other circumstances indicated by me in the Appeal, and also communication with me to provide information on the results of my appeal consideration.

This consent shall be provided from the time of execution of the Appeal and is valid within the period, stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

I have been notified that consent to personal data processing may be revoked in accordance with part 2, Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. In case of withdrawal of the consent to personal data processing the Bank has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent, if there are grounds specified in clauses 2-11, Part 1, Article 6; Part 2, Article 10; Part 2, Art. 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

I agree that the Bank may use the information contained in the Appeal to clarify the information contained in the Appeal and to inform about the progress of consideration of the Appeal.

I was notified by the Bank that electronic messages sent over the Internet are transmitted through unsecured communication channels, the Bank is not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of data when transmitted over the Internet.
