On July 23, the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a business reception where a representative of MB Bank JSC presented a cutting-edge solution for executives and specialists in export, import, wholesale supplies, and logistics. The focus of the event was the launch of a new digital service called the "Customs Card." This tool operates as a cardless digital payment instrument within the national "MIR" payment system and is tied to a dedicated account, ensuring strictly targeted expenditure of capital.
The new service offers extensive opportunities for optimizing foreign economic activity. Foreign trade participants can now make remote customs duty payments 24/7 directly from their Personal Account or via specialized declaration software. The multifunctional online interface allows businesses to monitor customs brokers, set strict spending limits, automatically generate management reports in .xlsx and .pdf formats, and access overdraft facilities in case of capital shortages.
As highlighted by the Head of the Astrakhan CCI, Viktoria Aleksandrovna Klykanova, modern entrepreneurship requires effective mechanisms to eliminate downtime and prevent frozen working capital. Previously, companies lost valuable time tracking numerous payments across various budget classification codes and managing endless advance transfers. The new "Customs Card" from MB Bank JSC solves these complexities, serving as a financial pilot that opens a green corridor for the unobstructed movement of goods.
