     SAINT PETERSBURG, June 5, 2026 – On June 4, on the sidelines of the prestigious 29th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2026), Mir Business Banking Group officially signed a strategic Cooperation Memorandum with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Dagestan. SPIEF 2026, held at the ExpoForum Centre from June 3 to 6, serves as Russia’s premier business event, gathering thousands of global leaders to drive regional and international economic partnerships.
Under the terms of this landmark agreement, Mir Business Banking Group announced concrete expansion plans to significantly boost the financial, trade, and economic potential of the North Caucasus region. As a core highlight of this strategic initiative, two key subsidiaries of the financial ecosystem will establish their dedicated representations in the Republic of Dagestan to provide specialized corporate services. Miran Insurance Company will launch operations to offer tailored trade and corporate insurance solutions, while Miras Financial Company (Miras FC) will introduce advanced Sharia-compliant financial instruments and ethical banking products.
This strategic expansion embeds a comprehensive insurance and Islamic finance infrastructure directly into Dagestan. By facilitating secure trade logistics and innovative financial services, Mir Business Banking Group firmly reinforces its position as a vital financial bridge for growing regional businesses and international trade.
