- Opening bank accounts for Russian resident and non-resident legal entities including those registered in the Islamic Republic of Iran, upon the submission of documents required under the Russian legislation as well as contracts/draft contracts concluded with Iranian/Russian counterparts;

- Transferring funds to other banks, including Iranian banks, in Russian Rubles, Euro and Iranian Rials on the instruction of the customers of JSC “MB Bank”, being legal entities and individuals, and/or by order of correspondent banks;
- Execution of transactions under foreign trade contracts, servicing foreign trade contracts in accordance with the Russian currency legislation;
- Currency exchange transactions: purchase/sale of Russian Rubles, Euro and Iranian Rials at the best rates offered by the Bank;
- Issuing and advising LCs at the request of the customers of JSC “MB Bank” and/or other Russian and CIS banks for import purposes;
- Advising, negotiating and confirming LCs (with applied terms) issued by reputable Iranian banks in favor of the customers of JSC “MB Bank” and/or other Russian and CIS banks, for export purposes;
- Issuing bank guarantees at the request of the customers of JSC “MB Bank” (with applied terms) as well as counter guarantees issued by other reputable Russian banks;
- Receiving bank guarantees issued by reputable Iranian banks in favor of the customers of JSC “MB Bank” and/or other Russian and CIS banks;
- Providing full range of services to correspondent banks, such as FX transactions at interbank markets, interbank deposits, Book to Book and interbank transfers, etc., in Russian Rubles, Euro and Iranian Rials
Service for Protection of Consumer Rights and Ensuring the Availability of Financial Services of the Bank of Russia monitors how banks follow the Russian law when providing financial services. Message of violation of the Russian law as well as rights and interests of companies and physical persons by a financial institution may be then forwarded for consideration to the Bank of Russia through (
